Printing of Multi Colour Wall Calendar 2011 - Rs.300/- 2. Printing of Deluxe Diary-2011 - Rs.200/- 3. Printing of Pocket Diary-2011 - Rs.100/- 4. Printing of Desk Calandar-2011 - Rs. 200/- Complete details and specification may be collected from the office of the undersigned on any working days and will be sold from 6.7.2010 up to 2:00 PM on 19.7.2010 payment of non-refundable amount of Rs.500/- (each) The last date for receipt of tender complete in all respect is on 20.7.2010 up to 3:00 PM and will be opened on the dame day in presence of the tenderers or their representative. TENDER NOTICE Sealed tender affixing with a non-refundable court fee stamp of Rs. 300/- (Rupees three hundred) only are invited from Reputed/ Experienced Bonafide/ Expert Organisation/ Agencies for Concept Designing, 3-D Model, Fabrication and Presentation of Government of Meghalaya Tableau for Republic Day Parade 2011 at New Delhi. Preference will be given to those Firms having experience of Designing and Fabrication Republic Day Parade Tableau at National Level. Tender Details can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on any working day upto 2:00 P.M. of 2nd July, 2010 on payment of Rs. 1,000/-. The same can also be downloaded from the Department website www.megipr.gov.in but payment should be made by cash only. Tender will be received upto 2nd July, 2010 and will be opened on the same day in the office chamber of the undersigned at 2:00 P.M. in presence of the Tenderer(s) or their representatives who would like to be present.
